The Sabr Ensemble is a vibrant, multicultural group that weaves together diverse musical styles and cultural influences, ranging from Persian to Russian, and from classical to contemporary. With a deep well of passion and a touch of melancholy, their performances create a unique and captivating sound that resonates with audiences on a profound level.

Named after the Persian word for patience, "Sabr" embodies the hope for a better and more beautiful world. The ensemble features the talents of harpist Doriene Marselje, composer and daf player Farid Sheek, opera singer Mohsen Masoumi, and cellist Maya Fridman.
